THE MEGELLAS AWARD DINNER
Join the Tribute to Valor Foundation for The Megellas Award Dinner, an evening honoring LTJG Ken Cozart, U.S. Navy Veteran, a Vietnam veteran and recipient of the Bronze Star Medal with Valor.
The Megellas Award is named for Lt. Col. James “Maggie” Megellas, the most decorated officer in the history of the 82nd Airborne Division. It recognizes individuals whose lives reflect the courage, leadership, selfless service, and commitment to others that defined his legacy. Through his distinguished service in Vietnam and the example he has continued to set throughout his life, LTJG Cozart embodies those qualities and is a deserving recipient of this honor.
The evening will feature special guest Tony Orlando, entertainment by Michael Hix and Danny Griego, a cocktail reception and seated dinner prepared by Ferah Tex-Med Kitchen, and live and silent auctions featuring exclusive items and experiences.
Proceeds support the Tribute to Valor Foundation and its work to help young people recognize their potential, build character, and discover purpose through programs including Who Am I?® and STEMLINER®.
